Terms & Returns
We make every effort to make your shopping experience pleasant and informative. We treat every issue, problem, and question with urgency and respect. Our goal is to answer all emails within 24 hours or less. Always include a phone number and email addresses where you can be reached during and after business hours. Sharon, Founder of Me & The Girls, loves to regularly call customers personally after business hours and on the weekends to resolve any problems or even say "Hi." We aim to deliver stellar personal customer care.
Orders & Processing Time
We make every effort to process your order as soon as possible. Please allow 3-5 business days to process and ship your order. Extra time may be needed when new "batches" of hand-blended products are being produced. Our products are always fresh and luscious. Your delayed order will always be compensated with a deluxe sample of one of our great products. You will receive an automated email when your order is submitted and shipped.
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. There are no surcharges for using your credit card to make purchases. We do not accept checks of any kind at this time. We do not store your credit card information.
Carefully consider and review your order before submitting. Changes and cancellations cannot be processed after an order is submitted for processing.
Shipping and Handling
We charge an economical flat rate fee of $5.00 per order with free shipping over $75 within the USA only. We ship to the USA and Canada via UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
Please recycle primary packaging and product containers appropriately. Every effort is made to use minimal, eco-friendly packaging when shipping your order. Packaging materials are reused when possible.
A 100% refund is guaranteed for up to 14 days from the date of delivery if you are not completely satisfied with your purchases.
Parties and Large Orders
*All orders for large parties and weddings will be accommodated after a meeting or personal telephone consultation and confirmation of a paid purchase order has been received. Rush order shipping will be charged accordingly.
If products are lost or damaged in transit it is customary to contact your local delivery office and file a claim. However, Me & The Girls will accept all responsibility and replace any and all items in your shipment that is damaged free of charge. Please note that softening or melting may occur in warm climates. Placing the products in the refrigerator for an hour will help to resolve these issues.
